Yes. Every module is built around the CBC framework — strands, sub-strands, performance levels (EE, ME, AE, BE), TPAD, and the national curriculum hierarchy from Grade 1 to Grade 9 (Junior Secondary). Lesson plans auto-populate with CBC strands and sub-strands from your schemes of work.

Teachers can upload existing lesson plan documents (Word/PDF) or use AI to generate a complete lesson plan from scratch. The AI understands CBC format — strand, sub-strand, specific learning outcomes, key inquiry questions, and activities. Plans are saved, linked to your timetable, and visible to students as learning materials.

Yes. Each school gets one school account with unlimited teacher logins. Each teacher only sees their own classes, subjects, and students. The school admin can manage all teachers, assign classes, and view school-wide reports.

Yes. The AI Timetable Generator is aware of each teacher's full teaching load across all grades. If a teacher teaches Mathematics in Grade 6 and Integrated Science in Grade 9, the system ensures they are never scheduled in two classes at the same time. It also respects CBC-recommended periods per subject per week.

Parents get a dedicated login to the Parent Portal where they can view their child's timetable, attendance, CBC assessment results, report cards, and fee balance. They can also send messages to teachers directly. No app download required — works on any smartphone browser.

Yes. Schools can enable online fee collection via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card. Parents receive an automatic receipt upon payment. The finance module tracks balances, arrears, and generates payment reports for the bursar.
